		<description>That used to be true, but I&#039;m wondering if it is still the case? My point is that Microsoft appears to be taking on new ideas and rejuvenating itself culturally, whereas Google appears to be reaching a size where it&#039;s bureaucracy is overtaking it&#039;s start-up culture (which is the tragedy that happened to Microsoft all those years ago).</description>
